Principal violin of the Le Touquet Symphony Orchestra, founder of the Île-de-France Youth Orchestra, arranger-orchestrator, but also musical director of the PiccolOpera company, Marius Mosser is a multi-faceted musician.

ORCHESTRA BEFORE ANYTHING
In 2023, he joined the Limoges Opera Orchestra after passing the violin 2 co-soloist competition. At the same time, he performs as concertmaster at the Le Touquet Symphony Orchestra, the Orchester des Lauréats du Conservatoire, the Les Étoiles du Classique Festival, the Musique aux Mines ensemble and the Sinfonia Pop Orchestra. Passed by the Paris Orchestra Academy in 2018 before joining the French Youth Orchestra as concertmaster in 2019, he is regularly called upon as an additional all around the Hexagon among the orchestras of Monte-Carlo, Toulouse, Pays de la Loire, Brittany, Picardy, Metz Grand-Est and even Lille, under the direction of the greatest such as H. Blomstedt, K. Masur , P. Jarvi, D. Gatti, J-C. Casadesus, C. Dutoit, K. Yamada, J. Valcuha, J. van Sweden, F. Gabel, G. Noseda, J. Conlon, D. Reiland, D. Stern, J. Rohrer.

FORMATION
Marius discovered music with his family through singing and the piano before starting the violin at the age of 8 at the Carrières-sur-Seine conservatory. Very quickly, he joined the Maîtrise de Radio France, before devoting himself to the violin by entering Agnès Reverdy's class at the CRR of Boulogne-Billancourt. After obtaining a degree at the PSPBB in the class of Marie-Françoise Pallot, he obtained a Master's degree in violin at the HEMU in Lausanne in the class of Francesco De Angelis, concertmaster of the orchestra of the Théâtre de la Scala in Milan. Alongside his violin practice, he studied harmony and counterpoint with Isabelle Duha, then obtained a Master's degree in writing from the CNSMD in Paris in 2022 in the classes of Thierry Escaich, Guillaume Connesson, Pierre Pincemaille and Cyrille Lehn.
PROJECTS
Since his adolescence, Marius has wanted to create numerous musical ensembles. His credo: to allow orchestral musicians of his generation to perform and make a place for themselves in the French artistic landscape.
At the age of 20, he created the Ad Libitum ensemble to accompany numerous amateur choirs from the Ile-de-France region.Two years later, he began with a collective of young musicians to found the Île-de-France Youth Orchestra.
After the Covid years, he created the PiccolOpera company with the singer Faustine Picco, in order to bring opera to restricted audiences, in regions lacking large theaters. He arranges Mozart's opera Cosi Fan Tutte for string quartet, in a musical comedy version.
More recently, he has been contacted by several other artists to set up large-scale artistic projects.
Karim Affreingue, conductor and childhood friend, asked him to bring together young professional musicians to form the Le Touquet Symphony Orchestra.
Victor Dahhani, tenor, asked him to create a chamber version of La Traviata for his Opéra Au Sommet festival, din the Pyrenees.
Thomas Lefort, soloist, contacted him to co-organize the major symphony concert of his Festival Les Étoiles du Classique.
